This assessment is intended for individual, one-time use per business owner. Repeated or fraudulent submissions are not permitted. 4D Financial Solutions LLC reserves the right to disregard duplicate submissions at its discretion.
4D Financial Solutions LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use of this assessment, reliance on its results, or any business decisions made based on the information provided through this tool.
By using this assessment you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4D Financial Solutions LLC, its owner, representatives, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or related to your use of this tool or your violation of these Terms of Use.
This assessment is intended for adults. We do not knowingly offer services or collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
4D Financial Solutions LLC reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or refuse advisory services to any individual or business at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
This right applies to all services including but not limited to the Legacy Strategy Consultation, Legacy Strategy Experience, Strategic Implementation, and Quarterly Legacy Advisory. Completion of this assessment does not create an entitlement to or guarantee of any advisory service.
These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
